If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on any item that is in its original condition and in original packaging with tags attached.  This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or materials. 
Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 7 days of when item was delivered to you.
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found.  



To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.  

Also shipping cost are non-refundable. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



  1. Please contact us at to request a return.  Please include the reason for return and photos for verification.
  2. Once we have approved the return request, we will send a Return Form with Return Authorisation number.  Please write the number on the outside of the box.
  3. Complete the return form and place it in the box.
  4. Mail the box to us and provide the tracking number.  When we receive it, we will send you an email.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. 



The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.

No returns allowed on Items marked with "Final Sale", tailer made items and accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.

We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
